How do I check the COA for my vial?

Your order confirmation email and your order page in My Account link the certificate for each product you bought. You can also browse every certificate in the COA library. Can't find one? Send us your order number and we'll email it.

Where do you ship from, and how fast?

Orders are dispatched from within Australia with tracking. Orders placed before the daily cut-off are usually sent the same business day. See the shipping page for current times.

Who can buy from Ironbark Labs?

Buyers must be 18 or older and purchasing for laboratory or educational research. Products are not for human or animal use, and we don't provide dosing or usage advice.

How should products be stored?

Lyophilised products should be kept sealed, dry and refrigerated or frozen, away from light. Storage details are on each product page.
