1. Who we are
This website is operated by Ironbark Labs, ABN [00 000 000 000] (“Ironbark Labs”, “we”, “us”). You can contact us through our Support page.
2. Research use only
All products are sold strictly for laboratory and educational research. They are not therapeutic goods, food, cosmetics or supplements, and are not for human or animal use. No statement on this website has been evaluated by the Therapeutic Goods Administration, and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are purchasing for lawful research purposes, and that you will handle, store and dispose of products in line with applicable laws and laboratory practice.
3. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel any order, with a full refund, including where a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we reasonably believe the product is intended for a use other than research.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars. We accept PayID and bank transfer. Orders are held for [48 hours] while we wait for payment and are then cancelled.
5. Shipping and risk
We ship within Australia only. Delivery times are estimates. Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery to the address you provide. See our Shipping page.
6. Refunds
See our Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Information on this website
Research summaries and product information are provided for general scientific interest only and are not medical, dosing or usage advice. We aim to keep information accurate but don’t guarantee it is complete or current.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and except for guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product or refunding the price paid. We are not liable for loss arising from use of products contrary to these terms.
9. Accounts and offers
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. Member offers and discounts can be changed or withdrawn at any time and can’t be combined unless stated.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Western Australia], Australia. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you order applies to that order.
