We ship within Australia only, from [City, State], with tracking on every order.
Dispatch times
Orders paid before [2pm AWST] on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders paid after the cut-off, or on a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched the next business day.
PayID and bank transfer orders are dispatched once the payment reaches our account. PayID is usually instant. Bank transfers can take 1–2 business days.

PO boxes and parcel lockers
Standard shipping can go to PO boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers. Express orders need a street address.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking hasn’t updated for [5] business days, or shows delivered but you can’t find your parcel, contact us and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier. Please check that your delivery address is correct at checkout, because we can’t be responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly.
