Why we collect it
To process and deliver orders, confirm your age and eligibility, provide support, prevent fraud, meet our legal obligations and, if you agree, send you offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers who help us run the store, such as delivery carriers, our website host, email providers and our bank, and only as needed for those services. We don’t sell your personal information. Some providers may store data outside Australia; where they do, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and age confirmation, and understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the store may stop working.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep order records for as long as tax and consumer laws require, then delete or de-identify them.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to access or correct your personal information, or make a privacy complaint, through our Support page. We’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
